Wood Destroying Organisms (WDOs) usually refers to any range of insects, or bugs, that bore into wood for food or shelter. Usually thought to refer only to termites, WDOs actually include a variety of ants, bees, vespids, beetles, worms, larva, and host of other creatures. When it comes to WDOs, everything is suspect due to their usually secluded and quiet nature. In other words, they can eat your home from the inside-out, and you might not know how bad the damage is until it is too late.
